We are Manuela and Carlos—partners in life, parents, and business associates with a shared passion: creating exceptional living spaces. Our entrepreneurial journey began in 2014 in Pereira, Colombia, with the founding of Proyectos y Construcciones Triple A. For over a decade, we transformed the city’s skyline through the development of residential houses and buildings, supported by the launch of Alconcretar, our own construction machinery rental company.

By combining Manuela’s expertise as a Business Administrator (11+ years in the industry) with Carlos’s vision as an Architect (15+ years of experience), we decided to take a life-changing step in 2024. Seeking a bilingual upbringing for our two children and a permanent home in the United States—leveraging Carlos’s roots as a New York-born citizen—we relocated our operations to start a new chapter.
